Which is best resolution for HD STB ???

I got my new HD STB from MSO. Everything is awesome, UI/EPG/PQ/AQ is also great.

I had one question abt the resolution setting:

The STB has the following options in HD

1080i @ 50Hz
1080i @ 60Hz
1080p @ 50 Hz
1080p @ 60 Hz

I have a Sony Bravia 40 inch Full HD LED TV. (supports both 50Hz and 60Hz)

So guys which of the following should I choose to get the best HD quality

the best way to enjoy HD is only with ADTV. Unmatched quality as i have used all with Samsung 8 series LED tv. remember other dths spoil the party.

Higher the better. So go with 1080p @ 60 Hz if your TV supports otherwise set it to 1080p @ 50 Hz.

TV supports both. As of now its set to max that's 1080p @60 Hz
