Which is best resolution for HD STB ???

I got my new HD STB from MSO. Everything is awesome, UI/EPG/PQ/AQ is also great.

I had one question abt the resolution setting:

The STB has the following options in HD

1080i @ 50Hz
1080i @ 60Hz
1080p @ 50 Hz
1080p @ 60 Hz

I have a Sony Bravia 40 inch Full HD LED TV. (supports both 50Hz and 60Hz)

So guys which of the following should I choose to get the best HD quality

Obviously 1080p at 60HZ for example I will offer you Internet Speed has which ever one you like you can choose 1 Mpbs, 5 Mbps or 10 Mpbs obviously you will choose 10 Mbps.

Correct 1080p at 60 HZ will be the better choice as on larger TV's you can feel difference between 1080i and 1080p
