Which is the best Tamil GEC in terms of Programs, Movies, Picture quality, Sound Effects, Repeats?

I voted for Star Vijay. Overall they are good. Strong in non fiction and now performing good at fiction. Movie library is widening. Comparatively better graphics and presentation. Strong in social media platforms.
In case of popularity we feel Sun TV is very superior than others while reffering Barc data. But I feel actual scenerio is different. Star Vijay and Zee Tamil have very good reception (even in fiction, but may not reflect in Barc). Now Star Vijay is able to challenge Sun TV in Barc too.
As the first Tamil channel, people have an emotional attachment to Sun TV. Earlier Sun TV was an overall performer. Now they shrunken to Serial, but still powerful on Movie premiere. But Vijay TV also improved in acquiring movies.

According to parameters
PQ and AQ(Sound) - Sun is the best in this , No questions asked. Vijay TV comes a close second. Zee Tamil HD is good but SD is average. Kalaignar has good PQ and AQ but worst PQ and AQ had to be Jaya and Raj. Although Raj is a bit better Jaya has to be the worst in this category.
Programs - The old Sun TV programs were good but now all are average to above average shows. Hope Masterchef TN would be a game changer. Star Vijay has the best programs anyday. The serials are a hit. CWC has become a surprise blockbuster success for them. With coming to power Kalaignar TV is expected to be a force to reckon with in the coming years. And Jaya , Raj and Polimer are hanging by the thread.
Movies - Here too Sun comes first anyday. All good movies and for some production houses like Sathya Movies and AVM airing Remastered Prints. Vijay is behind while Zee has gained due to sharing with Jaya and Raj. Jaya and Raj are next to Zee in this category anyday. Kalaignar earlier had a good library but now has less films. Expecting them to bounce back again. Polimer has gained through Aalayam library but beside that nothing special.
Repeats - Here Sun is a bit weak with only two shows Paandavar Illam and Magarasi getting repeat telecasts. Vijay and Zee are good in this aspects. Not talking about other channels in this.
