Yes it will be compulsorily be shown on DD as government has provided a list of sports events which broadcasters have to share with DD in which these 3 events are listed.

CWG: Ten(Sony)
Olympics : Star
Asian not sure

In addition,
All 3 will also be live on dd. DD wants law ammendment to allow them to show on dd sports so that they don't have lose revenue on regular programs of dd national. If they are successful, then they will be shown in dd sports, otherwise dd national.

CWG 2014 Glasgow telecasted on - Ten Sports
Olympics 2016 Rio telecasted on - Star Sports
Asian game 2014 Incheon telecasted on - Ten Sports

These are the paid channels last time this mega events telecasted. No channels has yet acquired the rights of telecasting next respective events

Though all these events will also be aired on pubcaster DD Sports and DD National in Hindi and English as it is mandatory to share live sports feeds of national importance with public broadcaster.
