why dishtv not providing Disney Channel in telugu audio feed?

in dish tv telugu audio is not providing for disney channel.
In telugu audio slot tamil audio is coming.
in tamil slot tamil audio is comming.
where the telugu feed gone.
i think it is problem with headend.
when i complained to CC they told it is from brodcaster end if it is true how telugu audio is comming in other dth providers.
when  wil they solve this problem?
im missing so much fun due to lack of native language?
