Will HD channel come with SD?

I am currently having South Silver Pack with HD add on. :c

I want to know if I subscribe to any SD a-la-carte will I get its HD version also. For example if I subscribe Sony Six SD will I get Six HD since I already subscribed for PHD add on? :huh
