Will Pluto TV replace voot app ?

Viacom's Free Streaming service PLUTO TV which streams America's top cable channels like Nickelodeon,MTV,VH1,comedy central, CNN,NBCnews,CBSN and so on.
Currently it is unavailable in India. But in their website they have mentioned that they will bring back the app soon in INDIA.
So will it replace voot app or will they coexist.
As voot app hosts Nickelodeon shows.
And also PLUTO TV wants major Indian channels for their app to capture South Asian community.
