Seeking Help Wrong switch off date

I am existing customer of Videocon D2H, customer id is XXXXXXXXXX.
Onjun 2019 I were discussed with D2H customer executive, he check
my account details and suggest pack i.e value combo for 3 month amount of
493, for 6 month amount of 799 and for 12 month amount of 1299. The same
value combo pack checked on Recharge and
then only recharged value combo pack today on my D2H account with amount of
1299 for 12 month on 16/06/2019.
But now my TV account showing switch off date is 06/08/2019 only, Actually it should be
15/06/2020.
I were called 17/06/2019 to d2h customer executive around 5 to 8 times.
In the morning they said they are facing network issue call after half
hours, not able to fetch your details. but don't worry they will update my
account details.
after sometime again i called them they said call after 4 hours, I called
after 4 hrs and now they said that we cant change this date.
even today i called to d2h cust care but didnt resolved this issue yet.

From last few days i am taking fallow up to resolve this but no one is resolving my issue.
still not resolved yet.
if this issue will not resolve i will lost rs 1299, but definitely i am sure continuously sharing against videocon d2h in all forum.

Yes.Sun direct is not related to D2H in anyway.Sun direct is a brand of another media and D2H is a brand of another media

It is definately a technical fault of d2h.Due to this,they are showing this.One thing. you can do is that just wait till the date which was given.If the next day your account is deactivated,then you can file a case against them.

how much d2h deducting per day amd what is ur current balance.. check this two and let me know
