On Xstream box i can see YouTube enabled Dolby if supporting that perticular video , if the check box not enabled, Enable it .

Example content "Blast Baby song on Saregama Music"

I don't have Dolby Atmos reciver, so i can not check, i believe you subscribe Netflix ultra high subscribe, you will get Dolby Atmos i believe?

Or sun next have some Atmos movies, you can check, is your xstream Box New version hardware or old version hardware?
