Seeking Help Zee app subscription

I have purchased xtreame box but I am not getting the Zee app subscription. how to get the subscription free as everbody claimed they got the acecess. I am Airtel gold member

Please claim it via airtel thanks app installed in your cell phone

Install & open airtel thanks app then click on "discover airtel thanks" after click on claim for zee5 premium subscription.
