One possibility is changing GECs to Malayalam and repositioning the current Keralam channels as news channels (HD unlikely).

Zee Keralam has been launched with much fanfare. I think Zee will rename them to something else. The Zee Malayalam name can be used only for a news channel (which means no HD).
