In the regions where there is a high overlap between hindi audience and regional audience they have different logos. E.g. Bangla ,Marathi

You may be right but i dont think so From that logic even Zee Keralam need to be in same color of that of Zee TV but it's different.

The Reason they didn't change logo of Zee Marathi because from long time it was a successful Zee regional channel and they were using this logo from 2004 and it represents Maharashtra culture color and audience is sticked with it same goes for Zee Bangla audience is used with red color logo both this channels were successful at that time though this was not same with Zee south channels they were not that successful earlier so they may have changed and kept logo and ideas of same like Zee TV, can't tell about Zee North channels like punjabi, ganga from where Hindi channels gets Good viewership.

Zee network hindi channels gets very low trp in Maharashtra.
If there would be less viewership of Marathi channels and no potential in market they would not launch this many Marathi channels.
