If we take Zee Prime Pack Tamizh then we have LF and Wion there in that pack. So for Zee Prime pack English we are getting Zee Cafe and & Flix for Rs.15 anyway better from previous Rs.25.

Not 100% sure as few of the earlier changes are yet to be implemented across all DPOs.Airtel is changing rates on or after April 25.Independent TV is showing new rate of Prime Pack English on their website.
