Actually
when BARC was giving only urban data SUN tv trp was 300000-350000
but after rural data rollout they reached 900000-1000000

so its clear that there max trp comes from rural areas

BTW It Will Be Nice If You Give The BARC Data Of Other Tamil Tv Channels At The Time Of Urban And Now ... So,That We Can Able To Analyse How The Data Other Channels Have Been Jumped From Urban Data To Rural Data...

Suppose,As Per Your Post After Collecting Rural Data Sun Trp Was 1000000 When Comparing 300000...So,The Difference Is 700000

If The Trend Follows In Other Tamil Channels After Started Collecting From Rural Data,Then We Can Able To Know The Real Thing Hided Here.....:k

Among the Tamil channels (Tamil/Puducherry markets C&S 1Lakh+) Sun TV’s ratings grew marginally to 308 million this week from 305 million last week. It was followed by Star Vijay which rose to No.2 as its ratings surged to 90 million from 73 million last week. KTV fell to No.3 spot with a marginal rise in its ratings to 87 million this week from 85 million last week
