Zee Tamil Problem

I am having HD STB. Past few days I face unique problem. Three channels, Home channel 100, 101 and Zee Tamil 498, are not working properly. Frequently get error Code B001. At that time the signal levels are blank. Other times and other channels the levels are 73 and 14. What cud be the problem? and how to resolve? Pls help

Contact CC or else refresh your stb. You can also close your stb. Then take out your smart card, wipe it properly and then insert it again. Hope this works.

Or may be its antenna alignment problem

The LNB was the problem. The technician changed it (200Rs + 100 Rs servicecharge). Now ok
