MUMBAI: Building on its early morning
programming band, Zee Tamizh has launched
a devotional programme ‘Arputham Tharum
Alayangal’ in the 8 am slot.

The Tamil general entertainment channel
already airs programmes centred on
spirituality, health and giving tips for a
brighter future to viewers every morning.
‘Arputham Tharum Alayangal’ will air from 8
to 8:30 am. The show will present the
myths, culture and benefits that each
temple offers.

It will feature Devaprasanna Jothidar Doctor
Nagaraj, explaining about the temples
mentioned in the ancient songs of Azhwars
and Nayanmars. He will talk about the
unique features and attributes of each
temple. The sayings of famous Tamil saints
and their preaching will also be taught to
viewers.
