Yes watched Rajini Murugan, lot of scenes axed also most importantly no songs ran more than 60 seconds. They trimmed the songs too. Very pathetic move. How they expect tamil movies to fit in 150 mins.Most movies runs upto 180 mins

Pathetic, it is. Unless they sort it out, it's tough to survive. Instead of having a fixed slots, Hindi type of slots can be followed. Like a movie begins at 3:40 and ends at 6:50

Zee Thirai can't beat KTV as the movie library of both are far apart. But it can compete with Vijay Super easily. Simply how Sun TV, Vijay TV and Zee Tamil stands, likewise the movie channels do. It is sure that they will air so many dubbed Telugu, Hindi and somewhat Malayalam movies in this channel. Star Vijay Super's unexpected success after it's rebrand is one of the major hope for Zee Thirai.
Movie name banner may soon be added as most Zee channels bear it.
Which channel has good PQ & AQ? ZEE Tamil or ZEE Thirai?

Picture quality is competitive with KTV, Movie library is the question mark. Most valuable movies I think Mersal, 2.0 etc. Mersal planned to telecast today 7.00pm. Every friday 7.00 PM one movie premieres, how this could work out? May be premiering only zee thirai not in Zee tamil.

Today I watched this channel. For small screen TV , it's ok. But above 43" TV is not enough with SD format. HD also must. For eg. Robot 2. O like movies, we can't feel better in SD. So this one is just ok. If KTV HD provide DD audio, Zee can't fight. High quality ads(promo). But low quality picture. Just my opinion. I no hurt anybody
