Now I think Zee and Sony Merge not good move, if this merge happens then just 3 Big players in Broadcast market, recently Zee revealed that Net profit and Revenue increased, even Sony too in Good Condition buisness wise, still Zee want merge

Sony-Zee merger, Sony to infuse capital, and Punit Goenka to be CEO-MD? How does it make sense? What about N P Singh? Also Zee promoters to have an option to increase their share to around 20% in the merged entity? I think in search of regional penetration this is a suicidal move by Sony.
