As per goenka. Their won't be merge of any brands. They will operate separately by sharing library and investment. They are looking for generating more revenue than reconstructing the company

To be honest really excited with this merger both the network has different strategies a very tough competitor is on the way for Disney-Star. Hope this merger will be the game changer.
