Seeking Help Zonal pack issue in d2h

Hello All and senior members

First of all apology if i am creating thread in in appropriate manner. I have purchased to more connections in d2h. I am not able to add alacarte channels frm website. It is giving error "sorry we cant accept your request without zonal pack and activation period for one of connection is over still same issue. Pls suggest and help as no one frm d2h is willing to help

I do not own d2h nor know about its zonal pack

But d2h is available in TRAI CHANNEL SELECTOR APP, if you want you can try in the app
