MIB cancels South Star Digital, Krishna Cable, LD Family, and Sahya Digital MSO registration in May 2022
MIB cancels 4 MSO registrations in May 2022. Three MSO registrations cancelled due to their non-operational status.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) last month cancelled the MSO registration of 4 MSOs due to non-operational status and surrendering of MSO registration. The Ministry cancelled the MSO registration of South Star Digital Network Private Limited, Krishna Cable Network, LD Family Network, and Sahya Digital Networks LLP last month.
South Star Digital Network Private Limited’s MSO registration was cancelled on 4th May 2022. The Tamil Nadu based MSO’s registration was cancelled due to its non-operational status. Krishna Cable Network’s MSO registration was also cancelled on 4th May 2022. The Uttar Pradesh based MSO’s registration was cancelled due to its non-operational status.
Sahya Digital Networks LLP’s MSO registration was cancelled on 13th May 2022. The MSO had surrendered its MSO registration vide latter dated 1st May 2021. The Ministry also cancelled LD Family Network’s MSO registration on 4th May 2022. The Mizoram based MSO’s registration was cancelled due to its non-operational status.
