MIB grants TV license to BS TV, AMV Network, Sambhav TV, and TV 27 News
Sharpline Network Private Limited bagged 3 fresh TV channel licenses in recent months namely AMV Network, Sambhav TV, and TV 27 News.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) in recent months granted 3 fresh satellite TV channel licenses to Sharpline Network Private Limited and 1 fresh satellite TV channel license to Dev Versha Jatropha Bio Energy Private Limited.
Sharpline Network Private Limited bagged ‘AMV Network’ TV license in the ‘News and Current Affairs’ category. The license has permission for both uplinking and downlinking. It will operate from GSAT-30, an Indian satellite.
The company also bagged ‘TV 27 News’ TV license in the ‘News and Current Affairs’ category. The license has permission for both uplinking and downlinking. It will operate from GSAT-30, an Indian satellite.

Lastly, Dev Versha Jatropha Bio Energy Private Limited bagged ‘BS TV’ TV license in the ‘News and Current Affairs’ category. The license also has permission for both uplinking and downlinking. It has permission to broadcast in Hindi, English, and all Indian scheduled languages. It will operate from GSAT-17, an Indian satellite.
