NXTDIGITAL appoints Ashish Pandey as Company Secretary

Hinduja Group-owned NXT DIGITAL earlier this month appointed Ashish Pandey as the company secretary and key managerial personnel pursuant to section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 with immediate effect. The board of directors of NXT DIGITAL at a meeting held last week on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ratified the appointment.

Ashish Pandey is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has done his LLB from the University of Kanpur, a cost-accountant from the Cost and Works Accountants of India and MBA from IIM Kozhikode. Ashish has 19 years of experience across companies both listed and unlisted in various industries.

Ashish has experience in designing accounting and secretarial functions and implementing Corporate Governance norms especially in the light of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI listing regulations.

He has hands-on knowledge of setting-up the compliance mechanism for a listed Company to ensure effective corporate governance. His experience covers Secretarial, Finance and legal areas. He has successfully dealt with various government bodies and agencies including the Stock Exchanges, the RBI, SEBI and other regulatory bodies,” added NXTDIGITAL in a regulatory filing.
