purchased gift card of 400/- and recharged using the gift card balance.
so 10% of 400 = 40/-

Ohhh can you please tell, concept of gift card, i read in amazon but clear nhi hua..

Means you purchased gift from your account or from some other account and gifted to your account..

yes. u need a different mail ID for gift card purchase.( not necessary to have amazon account from that email ID)
just purchase the card and apply the gift voucher number to ur wallet .
