Need Help for Upgrade Sundirect My SD STB to New HEVC STB

I am in Vadodara Gujarat,

I am raised service request for my SD to HD box upgradation on 30/11/17, reference number SR171031001640.

But still no service technician not contact me.
I am regularly contact to CC when i am asking, they are telling everyday today our service technician will call you like that. But still now Nobody contact me.

Also i am write the mail to Nodal officer, they also raise the service request on 6/11/2017, SR171106004981.

Anybody can support for me regarding this, let me know.
 
I think no sd technician on your surroundings bro that's why you are not able to replace.


Check with local distributors of other dth if they can help you

Hi Amarnath Bro,

I am asked with Philips shop Vadodara, where i am purchased sun direct connections, they told there is no distributor in vadodara.

They told contact CC and write the mail to nodal officer, that was i am already did.
 
I think no option to left you bro keep pushing them to send technicians

Other options are ask nodal office to send courier of the hd stb to your area and contact cc for pairing stb, thats the only less possible options I can see unless they themself send technician

Okay. i am waiting for Sundirect Service.
 
Have you taken Gujarati Pack ? Also share the nodal office number of Gujarat if you know.
i am using Tamil Pack only.

i am called 079-39407575 only and there MR. Vicky, Senior Supervisor, i was spoken with him day before yesterday, he was supported for getting this.
