I don't know what is there in sun tv to watch except some premiere & vinayagar serial

Rest all are waste imo

1994 sun tv is different 2018 sun tv is different. 2018 sun tv almost 12 hrs serials only Morning to nit

Whereas 90's sun tv is different pepsi ungal choice , top 10 , neengal keta padal , illamai pudhumai , kids show , super kudumbam , Evening dubbed cartoons etc..

Now sun tv only on money making nothing user entertainment it as

Vadi bro, i think maa tv HD already telecasted songs twice for Khaidi No 150.(i think that was before Mersal)
and ETV telecast songs twice some times, before Ad & After Ad while telecasting movie.

Of course yes! What you said is fact.. But at the same time, no body is able to beat Sun TV though we, the people here, are not liking their programs.. It is also a fact.. We all know that the TV remote will come to men's hand only after 10:30 pm (at least at my home).
 
In my view Sun TV is dominating in Tamil GEC...

They are doing well in Telugu,Kannada and Malayalam GEC too...

OFF-TOPIC: For your kind information, Star Jalsha airs serials 24 hours a day, 168 hours a week (except once in 3-4 months when they have a movie premiere). There are NO REALITY SHOWS AND COMPETITIONS. Of all the non-South non-Hindi channels it has the highest viewership. It has around 440,000 impressions while the No. 2 and 3 in the non-South non-Hindi Market (Zee Marathi and Zee Bangla resp.) have 300,000 and 220,000.

It is clear from the programming strategy of Sun TV and Star Jalsha that the worst programming (worst serials) fetches you the highest ratings. In the case of Sun TV they have Pongal/Diwali movie premieres also.

Hmm

But I don't know abt star Jalsha & others intial stage abt how it's on launched & how it's now

But from my childhood onwards im watching sun tv from the starting its looking gud with youth programs

But later 90's & early 2000 they inducted serials in their television so that's make the difference

Initially Started in prime time then afternoon then Nit now it's like octopus not only weekdays now weekend saturday also occupied by serials instead of pgms & movies :wall::wall::dodgy:

Earlier, We had only Suntv to watch movies, songs, cartoons, serials, news, comedy, etc. & those days were amazing! but now they have separate channels for movies music etc. all left is serials and it gives them so much trp and it's lot more easier when compared with producing a reality show. so I think they would like to stay within this comfort zone these days..
