No idea whether its stopped now or not. But analog antenna is now not available.

bro i live in mysore city karnataka i am able to watch dd national and dd news without any antenna. dd notional changes to dd chandana everyday 3pm to 8pm and to dd sports during match

Now Digital Trasmission( DTT ) Started Around 20 Cities But to get these DTT signals you have to buy Equipment..

But for Analog Signals You dont need buy STB/Anything
If you are living around 1-2km radius of your TV tower then you dont any Normal Tv antenna
Just try auto search it will get the Channel Otherwise Just Connect a wire ( Not Cable Dish wire -- Use Current wire to TV and leave the other end of wire to Outside of Home Towards TV Tower ) and then Auto search.Then It will Get..

I reside in Ongole ...Living around 1 KM of TV Tower.Getting DD National without antenna..Just Connected a 2m wire to TV
Cricket Matches Coming ...in DD Sports...
Normal Transmission in DD1

Am from chennai I was getting DDTerrestrial Transmission Of Analog some years ago (2-3 yrs back) . But last week, i searched with my crt TV, but none of the DD channels are coming. Seems Chennai Terrestrial Transmission Of Analog is stopped by Government.

My reply was in reference to Chennai where analog transmission is stopped.

am not getting in chennai, atleast it is stopped in chennai..
BTW, are you getting DD sports in terrestrial mode?

Here I am not getting DD News
But I am able to watch DD National &
DD National changes to DD Sapthagiri everyday from 6 AM to 9 AM & 3 PM to 7 PM AND to DD Sports during Match
