Our Kashmiri brothers don't have cinema halls. But they can watch Pakistani channels. So this is mostly for their benefit. Otherwise, when the rest of India watches Aiyaary and Padman in the theatres, why should they wait for 3-4 months when Zee Cinema or Sony Max or Star Gold airs it? So think of them. But it is still illegal.

And PTV Has No Facilities Of Fiber/IPTV To Catch It So They Just Took Star Sports Select Directly by hiding their logo I Suppose They Must Have Contacted Star India For This Otherwise Star Would Have Taken Action Against Them
