Set top box not accept any update

My Videocon set top box not accept any update or msg sent by customer care. One channel has not start due to e16-4 insufficient balance but I have balance and customer care send start command but set top box not received. Also my account is not updated by them. Please give me solution for this situation.

Sir I have already written to customer care. But they have not given any solution.

Now a days d2h doe's answer any mail. I called customer care he gave me 50% in movies active HD but I couldn't get it. I mailed for 50% discount offer but no answer from customer care

I don't know how they survive in this competitive market. Nowadays they seems old customer has no value in front of them because they have no option.

Refresh your account through their website bro...

They have tried to refresh my account but refreshing not happened as per their statement.
