I caught intelsat 906 at 64.15e on 4 ft prime focus solid dish. This satellite has circular beam, so it requires teflon to inserted, but I got AFN network L beam without adding any teflon or such material to lnb. I got Frequency 4094L S/R 11000, there are only three channels, if you are a tennis fan, then this is for you, because wimbledon is live here.

Since the signal of 64e AFN TP is very strong, there's no need to use a Teflon plate for converting circular polarisation signal to linear polarisation. You will be even getting that same TP signal as both Horizontal and Vertical also.
Its the broadcast by AFN (which stands for American Forces Network), for the members of American defense forces deployed all across the world. (Other satellites currently used by AFN are 9E, 113E, 180E etc)
Regarding the tennis telecast you saw : not only tennis, but also almost all major international sports events (which are of interest to the American citizens) are telecasted live in that channel.

These values can be deceptive, sometimes it is easier to catch these sats than those with higher eirp value, so far with this 4 ft dish, I have caught china sat 110, 115; asiasat 100.5 though very few TPs, 105E can't lock Sony tp, otherwise almost all channels. I managed to get 80E ku with this dish, which I never got with 70cm dish. Now, I am trying for yams 49e, so far no luck, without teflon. Also I got 83E-- again some TPs, measat 91E 2-3 TPs, Intelsat 68e 100 odd channels, again no Sony powervu TPs. I wonder if it is possible to get Yahsat with this dish, maybe not. I can't even get afghan beam of express am, maybe it is how I fix ku lab on the dish which is causing loss of signal.
