I was supposed to delete some bouquet before mid night.

I think they might have figured out this bug as lot of people were discussing this in open here and it is well known that many companies do monitor fourms to get feedback.
Lets hope for best

Yes, selfcare and app both not working. Luckily i removed all boquets although Alacarte Channels are still active.
