Broadcasting watchdog Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has today released the “Indian Telecom Services Performance Indicator Report” for the October-December 2019 quarter. Essel Ventures run Siti Network has continued to be the leading distribution platform among MSOs/HITS in India at the end of 2019.

Siti Network’s total subscriber base at 9.21 million at the end of December 2019, up from the total subscriber base of 9.12 million at the end of September 2019. GTPL Hathway’s total subscriber base stood at 7.55 million at the end of December 2019, up from 5.34 million at the end of September 2019.

Hathway Digital’s total subscriber base stood at 5.25 million at the end of December 2019, down from 5.32 million at the end of September 2019. DEN Network’s total subscriber base stood at 4.17 million at the end of December 2019, down from 4.30 million at the end of September 2019.

Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV’s (TACTV) total subscriber base stood at 2.88 million at the end of December 2019, up from 2.77 million at the end of September 2019. Kerala Communicators Cable Ltd’s (KCCL) total subscriber base stood at 2.73 million at the end of December 2019, up from 2.67 million at the end of September 2019.

Fastway Transmissions Pvt Ltd’s total subscriber base stood at 2.44 million at the end of December 2019, down from 2.47 million at the end of September 2019. TCCL’s total subscriber base stood at 2.42 million at the end of December 2019 entering the major 14 MSOs/HITS list wherein it was not present last time around in September 2019.

IndusInd Media and Communication Ltd’s (HITS) total subscriber base stood at 1.94 million at the end of December 2019, down from 2.05 million at the end of September 2019. KAL Cables total subscriber base stood at 1.90 million at the end of December 2019, down from 1.85 million at the end of September 2019.

Asianet Digital Network total subscriber base stood at 1.33 million at the end of December 2019, down from 1.43 million at the end of September 2019. E-Digital’s total subscriber base stood at 1.22 million at the end of December 2019, up from 1.19 million at the end of September 2019.
