Sun Direct now offering 3 more paid channels at no extra cost with DPO 1 Pack till 31st May

Direct To Home (DTH) operator Sun Direct has added 3 more paid channels in its DPO 1 packages for free. The DTH company will be offering these channels at no additional charge to keep its customers entertained during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Sun Direct was offering 11 paid channels for free, and now with this expansion of offer the total count of paid channels being provided on a complimentary basis raised to 14. 

Popular infotainment channels namely National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, and History TV18 are the channels added in DPO 1 packs. Sun Direct’s DPO 1 packs are available in different variants namely Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Odia, and Rest of India with distinct pricing and channels. These 3 channels were already included in DPO 1 South packs. 

Earlier in April, DreamDTH had reported that Sun Direct had started providing 11 channels from across genres including Kids, English Movies, English News, and Sports. Pogo, Cartoon Network, WB, HBO, CNN, Times Now, Movies Now, MNX, Romedy Now, Sony Pix, and Eurosport are the channels that were added and they will be available with DPO 1 packs till 31st May. The above mentioned 11 channels are absolutely free with all DPO 1 Packs except Marathi, Bangla, and Odia.

Sun Direct also states that it is offering Hungama TV for free on DPO 2 pack until 31st May 2020 so that children can enjoy Pokemon, Vir The Robot, and Doraemon among other kids shows during the lockdown.
