Tata Sky discontinues all Lite packs (Update: Added Back)

Tata Sky discontinues all Lite packs with immediate effect. All packs discontinued from yesterday.

Tata Sky has discontinued all of its Lite pack variants. The packs have been discontinued immediately effect since yesterday. Subscribers who have currently subscribed to any of these packs will not notice any difference. Their current pack will continue unless they drop the package from their account.

Lite Pack Earlier Statement

If removed, they won’t be able to add it again. Recharging won’t affect the subscription pack. The DTH operator gave no reason for the move. Hindi Lite, Hindi Lite HD, Gujarati Lite, Gujarati Lite HD, Odia Lite, Odia Lite HD, Bengali Lite, Tamil Lite, Telugu Lite, and Kannada Lite are the Lite variant packs that were earlier available but now have been discontinued.

Tata Sky Lite Discontinuation

On Wednesday, the Tata Sky customer care had informed its customers that the DTH operator had discontinued the Lite packs however later on the packs came back online but customers were getting an error message while trying to activate it. Tata Sky today has changed its statement on the earlier disappearance of the Lite packs. According to the latest statement, Tata Sky said that there were technical issues in the past days which have now been resolved.
