April 2020 Annexure

According to the listings on the Tata Sky website and Tata Sky self-care, the MRP of 24 SPNI Happy India packs is now updated as per the revised price by SPNI. The revised DRP was effective April 1 however Tata Sky was unable to incorporate the reduced prices of the impacted Sony packs and corresponding Tata Sky packs in its systems due to the national lockdown.

DreamDTH had earlier in April reported Tata Sky’s announcement to pass on the benefit of reduced prices of the impacted packs as credits to the Tata Sky account. Whether the same was credited for April month is unknown. We asked the Tata Sky customer team if there was any update on the same to which they said that there was no update regarding the same at this point of time.
