102 low balance Error

Hi
I am getting 102 low balance Error in DTH.
DTH people are cheating their customer.
DTH has the worst service.i have called them more than 100 times but they dont send the technician.its more than 20 days now.
This is so frustating.
However they tried to refresh the server from their end and i formated the software but it didnt solve the purpose
MY VC number is 0**********

If it doesnt solve my problem in 1-2 days they will loose another customer now
