I think effective benefit in this offer is maximum ₹80 (for 2 HD channels for 2 months).

I think we can instead recharge for total of 200 using Paytm using GET5 offer 20 times. Will get 100 cashback, and if we use that 100 again 50 Cashback and again 25 and 10.

Spend 200, get 100+50+25+10+5 = 190 Cashback
So 390 worth benefit by spending 200, but need to have some patience and do ₹10 recharge multiple times(cap of 10 per day).
