Seeking Help Airtel Dth Self Care Account

Hi. Can any body help me. As i use Airtel dth outside India. I was using airtel infinity hd pack. As according to new rules no arp packs any more. So i will be needing self care app to create my own pack. I have no access to mobile number associated with my account. So can i make account without mobile number ?

Actually u can change ur reg number by calling cc or mailing them

I have heard from some 1 that even if u select from tv u have to message the code from ur registered number
