Airtel HD refresh

Is there any other way to do Heavy Refresh without calling CC. Calling customer service is a pain as I'm always put on hold and then cut off...

My registered mobile number is BSNL so sending sms to 54325 doesn't work.

Nothing happens when I try to send sms "HR" to 8800054325

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you could try sending HR IDNumber to 54325 from some other mobile phone having a network other than BSNL. Don't know if it would work though

Tried that using an IDEA connection and it didn't work either
