I doubted a 2TB HDD as it was a rumour.. now I doubt there being an 500GB or a 1TB HDD as there's a USB slot in front and it has so many other features which works on internet!

I can smell Cloud Storage here...

I am beginning to doubt that it has 2TB HDD because of existing price information. Airtel employee upgrade to internet box price is only 2,999/- and 3,999 for new box. Public version price is only 5,999/- and 4,999/- Most likely will launch for public on March 1st.

Anyway things we can understand from poster is that it has bluetooth, 4K, recording, internet video streaming and chromecast. Which is itself very good for 5,999/- price range without HDD.

Does it have Google Playstore and Marsmallow OS or its just a Internet Set Top box.Why I am asking is my Sony TV is Internet Tv supporting Screen mirroring Opera Store and Youtube and Opera Store does not have too many apps as on play store.Could you please Verify is it Marsmallow Android STB with playstore??

It says chromecast built in ..  so u wont have problems casting content or doing screen mirroring from ur devices.. But, I doubt it having play store as there is not much info available on that front..

If there is no Playstore and only few limited apps its not a good offering from Airtel waste of their resources most of the latest TV itself has screen mirroring feature & YouTube. so its possible to mirror from Smartphones everything.

It's Android OS but don't know if all apps will be allowed or specifically filtered by airtel. Anyway we can download apk files and install it ourselves.

Airtel employees can upgrade to Internet TV from yesterday by expanding right side pop-out menu from this link: Best DTH Packages, DTH Offers in India, airtel DTH Plans, airtel Plan Listing

If it has apps like Amazon prime yupp tv jio tv and the feature of HD Dvr like free unlimited recording and simultaneous recording then it will be a good upgrade.

That is too much of an ask... as most apps like amazon prime, JIO TV are from competitors.. and recording will be there... but a presence of a internal HDD is unknown.
