I am not able to check my balance and add chota pack in my airtel dth account using self care:'(..I am having more than INR 1000 in my account. I am logging from outside india (bahrain)..

Why it is like so? is there any way to get my balance using selfcare

I've upgraded my base pack last night through self care. It worked fine for me.

Clear your browser history and try again, suppose to be should not happen for more than a week the issue.
