TRAI is a pathetic regulator. Nobody is happy from these changes, not customers, not DTH operators, not cable operators, not broadcasters. I don't understand what these morons were thinking before destroying the pre-existing order.

Good for HD tv users. Earlier most users opted for SD channels. Now that the prices are same. More people are opting for HD alacarte instead of SD ones encouraging broadcasters to bring back HD channels. Epic HD will come back soon. Showbox HD will also be launched. Some broadcasters like Sony just wants to play too safe. Hence, they shut down good HD channels.
