Seeking Help Audio selection problem in infotainment HD channels

So today I was watching Animal Planet HD my favourite selected audio language was Hindi so I saw that the program was running on English feed and then I manually selected Hindi language and when I change the channel and came back to Animal Planet HD I saw that it turn again to English I don't know why is happening is there any way to solve to find the solution about it because customer care is also not providing the proper solution they are saying that you have to choose that language selection option by pressing the dark blue button again and again whenever you change the channel or switch to the channel.

Your are using TataSky since long time but you came to know about this problem today only.. strange
