Sony Sab and Star Vijay continue their glorious runs.

Star Maa has become No. 3 channel. Zee TV is the only Zee channel in the top 10.

Surprisingly there are 11 channels each in the Free and Pay lists but only 10 in the All list.

Star Maa races to monopoly in Telugu market. They are now very far apart from others. Even Gemini TV ruled the market for a long time but their market share didn't gone high. After the fall of Gemini 4 of them were randomly ruled the market. I think now Star Maa's dominancy exceeded Sun TV.
From a strong no:1 Colors Kannada's fall is unbelievable. Now they are near to Udaya TV...

There is no mess,,it is broadcasters who r to blame. For long we were being forced down with unnecessary channels with repetitive content. Now things r more organized and transparent, broadcasters need to give engaging content to attract subscribers. Prices of channels have infact dropped for larger part apart from host of other benefits this new framework has brought along with it. Just that subscribers need to get accustomed or more aware about how to exercise choice in an effective manner, they can do so even thru searching on forums like ours
