Seeking Help Black Bars/Aspect Ratio/Full Screen on TV

Trust me with software available today it is very easy to process these videos in 16:9 aspect. Problem is our tv channel doesn’t want to put effort. Hollywood print may be comes in 16:9 format.
We desi content user are not valued by these channels.

Yes, unless the movie producer delivers the movie with correct aspect ratio for HDTV viewing there is no way to convert the movie made for theaters (higher in length and shorter in height) without spoiling the original format and video quality.
