Black screen on Travel XP HD, MTV HD, || GTPL KCBPL

Hi,
I have subscribed to the folowing channels

1)Aaj Tak
2)Travel XP HD
3)MTV Beats HD
4)VH1 HD
5)MTV HD

LCO implemented the new trai tariff from today morning.

Problem is I am getting black screen on TravelXP HD, MTV HD.

MTV Beats is displaying fine.

I don't know the LCN of VH1 HD.

I called my LCO and he said the channels will come eventually.

Any one else facing this issue ?

Yes, everyone on every cable company is facing this issue. You are not the only one. Don't need to create multiple threads asking same query.
What do you mean by can't find LCN of VH1 HD? If the channel is available it will on HD channels section of your set top box.

This set top box is new (to me).
I don't know the details of operating it.
This thread is primarily about the black screen problem.
I mentioned VH1 HD in this thread to let others know that I have no info about that channel.


Does your LCO say anything about when the black screen problem will be solved ?

Now only TravelXP HD is displaying a black screen. All other channels are fine.
