Bro, is it blue/green light working in set top box?

If working means unplug the av/hdmi cable from tv & set top box,then reinsert the hdmi/av cable in tv & set top box, check,

If not works, means unplug the power adapter from switchboard & set top box,then reinsert the power cable,check, if this method also not works, contact cc, they will send the technician
