Seeking Help Can you suggest the best pack for me

Hey guys -

I am planning to move my parents' house connection from D2H to Tata Sky. They're English / Hindi / Punjabi speaking and do not want to subscribe to any other regional languages. I would be grateful for your suggestions on the following:

1. Can we customize the FTA channels, or is the list fixed?
2. My parents want to watch all common HD channels in the following genre - Hindi GEC / Hindi Movies / Hindi News / English News / All Sports / Discovery & Nat Geo. Which combination of HD packs would you recommend for them?
3. They have 2 TVs - how does the multi-tv policy for Tata Sky work

1-More than 200 fta channels available complimentary for which no extra ncf applicable
You can select another 100 fta/pay Channel in initial ncf slab of rs 153

2-tata sky curated packs are of higher side so suggested to take broadcaster packs
You need to take highest packs of star & sony to get all hd sports channels and minimum hd packs of other broadcaster
+ tata sky Punjabi regional
