Channel Freeze Star Vijay HD & Star Sports 2 HD

Both the said channels get video frozen frequently. Sometimes fully frozen and goes picture blank. Signal strength & quality around 89 and 57 respectively. All other HD /SD channels are OK. This is happening after changing the STB recently by Sun. Model HS3A01. Any solutions for this ? Complaint lodged to CSC and they could not solve this issue from their end.

same problem with me also.same model some kannada super hd channel also the same problem called local network man he charges every time rs 150/= per visit.pl solve this.

Remove your smart card clean and insert it .
To fix it.
It will be work for me
