Seeking Help Channel Freezing Problem

I'm facing very strange issue,.
When I select dd audio in settings.. I am getting audio but if I click mute the audio is not stopping on HD channels, but the audio is stopping for SD channels..
If I selected pcm audio no such issue, when I mute it was actually stopped for hd channels also..
I was really frustated.. I couldn't understand if it's stb problem or something wrong in my tv..

My set top box is hs8101, I haven't received any ota update also.. Can I complain sun Direct about this, can they solve this or only I facing this issue?

Bro its not a problem when we select DD u cannot reduce the sound or mute.Its there with old set top box also and even with tatasky also i think.And i want to know is there any sound distortion when u select DD audio,check with all HD channels because iam facing this issue .Which tv u r using??

I have turned back to pcm only.. No, I havent faced much distortions... But audio quality is little reduced, I felt
I decided not to use dd audio as it is troubling me,.. Unable to mute audio
Why, the mute button don't work when on dd audio.?
My tv is tcl 55 inch 4k certified AndroidTV with Dolby digital support also
